The company is now recruiting a Director Services to the management team. The position Director Services will report to the CEO.
The Director Services will help the company to build and further develop their business consulting, customer service management and support. This in close cooperation with existing clients, who are already benefiting from a number of Banqsoft solutions. The Director will also assist in establishing new relationships, new tier 1 and 2 in Norway/Sweden /Nordics.
Responsibilities
- Management of business consulting, customer service management and support
- Responsibility for Banqsoft’s ongoing business services programs
- Increasing the services’ visibility for the key customers and increasing the level of services’ revenues and profit with Banqsoft’s top tier clients
- Enhancing mind and market share and strengthening Banqsoft’s relationships with targeted organisations
- Cooperation with Banqsoft’s sales teams in order to deliver successful and business driven services
- Taking active part in the Banqsoft leadership team
- Building, growing and leading the Business Services in order to enhance the overall capabilities and brand
- Having a balanced focus between delivery, business development and organizational roles (be an ambitious entrepreneur)
The Person
This is a Director level position and requires an associated demonstration of CXO relationship building experience, relevant thought leadership, consulting business development capability, people leadership and engagement leadership credibility. Deep domain experience in several of the underlying disciplines is required.
- Extensive business and IT consulting experience across sectors in the Nordic market
- Experience from software organisations and/or with specialist business consulting firms and/or with leading IT services/product vendor organisations
- Digital transformation and operational excellence
- Extensive large/complex consulting engagement experience, leading cross-functional teams
- Market leadership – Domain and functional expertise
- Deep understanding of the trends, issues and challenges, and a thorough point of view on the future developments
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

- A strong track record of successful consulting business development in Sweden/Norway
