- Lead Metronor Industrial in alignment with our vision and strategy through strategic planning, goal setting, and execution.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, foster relationships, and negotiate long-term contracts.
- Develop and optimize the organizational structure to drive performance and profitability.
- Foster a strong corporate culture and build an academic environment that strengthens the organization.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and other companies within the Metronor group.
- Lead scale-up and transformation processes, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Stay ahead of market trends, expansion opportunities, and competitive developments.
- Proven leadership experience in senior management, preferably with international exposure.
- Strong background in technology-driven industries.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Cybernetics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Process & Production, or Industrial Economics.
- Experience in international sales, partnerships, and operations.
- A track record of building and scaling high-tech organizations.
- Comfortable with frequent international travel.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian (or Swedish).
