IBSA Nordic is expanding in Norway – are you the one who wants to join our team and be responsible for developing the business in your assigned district? Do you have experience from the field of Aesthetic Dermatology? Do you have extensive commercial experience, a strong drive and a proven record of accomplishment within sales? We are looking for an independent team player and a sale driven person who can take ownership in marketing the dermo aesthetic portfolio, with the primary focus on the two unique products Aliaxin and Profhilo, who loves meeting new people and creating and maintaining strong and ongoing relationships with our customers. We also need someone who is dedicated and feels great responsibility by being involved and having a high impact on the company´s future. Are you the one we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, that are needed for the flawless execution of the strategies for the responsible areas. Ensure customer satisfaction through all contacts to support our aim for being the preferred partner.
- Sales of Dermo aesthetic products to Dermo aesthetic physicians and private clinics.
- Analysing the market, preparing activities based on the account plans and executing accordingly in close collaboration with your manager.
- Responsible for planning and execution of sales calls in your area and ensuring that efforts are in line with product strategy as well as IBSA Nordic’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A professional background in the field of Dermo aesthetic – at least three years in a customer-facing role such as:
- Experience from working in a cosmetic clinic
- Sales experience within cosmetic dermatological products in the pharmaceutical industry
- Candidates with strong business acumen and other experience from dermatological or cosmetological segments will be considered for the position
- Sales experience and a proven track record of your own sales results.
- Strong business acumen, good understanding and interpretation of sales figures and a superior capability of building relationships at all levels.
- Can-do attitude & mentality is needed to be able to take initiatives into your own direction.
- Appreciates and performs a clear and effective way of communication.
You are preferably based in the Oslo- region. Occasional travel activities in all four Nordic countries are to be expected.
