The Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing strategy, developing marketing materials, branding and strategic marketing communication. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to plan and deliver marketing events supporting the organization's purpose. The Marketing Manager leads the marketing team, which currently consists of two employees in Poland and one in the Netherlands.
The Marketing Manager reports to the Chief Revenue Officer who is located in Tel Aviv and will work closely with the CEO in Norway.
Main responsibilities:
- Branding and marketing, including initiating and participating in strategic discussions about this, as well as planning and executing marketing activities and measuring the results
- Budget and personnel responsibilities
- Marketing communications: social media, web pages, press contact and messages, contact with media and advertising agencies
- Developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, advertisements etc.
- Preparation of tenders, tender documentation, user manuals, etc. in cooperation with the sales organization
- Contact and negotiations with external suppliers
- Responsibility for the company's stock of marketing materials such as samples, giveaways, presentation materials, etc.
- Responsible for the company's events and participation in fairs etc.
We are looking for candidates with relevant education and a few years of experience working with teams overseas. You must be an independent team leader with initiative, strong communication skills and IT competence. Fluency in English is a prerequisite, and familiarity with French, German or Spanish would be an advantage. Knowledge of and interest in NFM's products is necessary, however you do not need to have professional industry experience. Workdays may be busy, so you have to be able to work well under pressure. The position entails a good deal of international travel.
